Young Voices Project

This is an advocacy and Champaign projects which is made up of young people with disabilities aged between 16-24 who lobby the government to sign, ratify and domesticate the United Nation’s Convention on the Rights of Person with Disabilities (UNCRPD). The objectives of this project are:

  1. To lobby the Government to implement the UNCRPD and Zambia Disability Act.
  2. To Campaign for the removal of all forms of barriers that hinder persons with disabilities to participate fully in the social, psychological and economic development of the country.
  3. To train and mentor members on leadership and campaigning skills.
